How to start a day?
Generally we have to start our day in good means because the morning which we wake forms the basis for the full day. So we have to start our day with some useful practices such as yoga and other physical exercises. Yoga refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines which are originally originated in India. This word is associated with meditative practices where as physical exercises are any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical activity.
Generally yoga is done for having good mind power, concentration and well judged day. Physical exercises are performed for many different reasons. These include strengthening muscles and to have good cardiovascular system.There are many types of yoga as well as physical exercise. Each one has specific advantage. By doing physical exercises we can do anything with our body. We can get good body strength as well as we also able to reduce the weight of our body.
