How to avoid specs ?
Now days the amount of people who are wearing specs has been increased drastically than the people who are not wearing the specs. The major problem is heredity. So our next generations also have the opportunity to wear specs. But we have to avoid this. The major reason is the lack of vitamin A in our body. So we have to take regularly the foods which are rich in vitamin A.
Some of these food sources include liver, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, egg, papaya, apricot, spinach and butter. Also do not place your hand in the eye with some itchy things. Now a day’s many lenses have started to replace the traditional specs which help us to achieve our original and natural beauty appearance. Also some of the advanced medical technologies such as laser techniques in eyes help us to decrease the use of specs. All of these defects have to be rectified in our childhood age itself.
