Cold symptoms

HEALTHCommon cold is a contagious, viral infectious disease of the upper respiratory system. This cold is caused by rhinoviruses. The main causes for cold are lack of sleep, change of weather condition, exposure of body to cold climate for prolonged time. Recently some of studies revealed that lack of vitamin D also a cause for common cold. The common symptoms are cough, sore throat, sneezing sometimes with uncontrollable shivering. These symptoms will me more expected in rainy seasons among young children’s.
The effect of cold will be loss of concentration, loss of body weight. There is no specific prevention for cold as this will be caused by many varieties of viruses. The best way is to wash hands thoroughly and regularly in pure water. In order to avoid this cold there are many analgesics in market. This cold will last after 7 to 10 days with some of the symptoms may be there for up to three weeks.
