Every human being will have 32 teeth which are called as permanent teeth. These teeth are used in tearing and chewing the food. So these teeth are the important part in digestion. Also tooth decay cause in effective communication with others. So to have good teeth we have to use technique of oral hygiene periodically. Oral hygiene is the practice of keeping the mouth and teeth clean in order to prevent dental problems and bad breath.
We have to be careful with the things when it comes about the teeth. So do not eat lot of chocolates as this will cause teeth decay. Brush at least two times per day and brush while going before to bed at night. Also consult the dentist whether to use any cosmetic products for improving teeth strength. Choosing our food in our own means with some proper knowledge makes our body strength and good immunity. Proper knowledge refers to the person how to aware of the balanced diet. Our food content must include carbohydrate, proteins, vitamins and minerals such as iron, iodine, magnesium etc. in required proportions. Consume more amounts of vegetables such as carrot, rabbit and fruits such as orange, watermelon.
Intake of non vegetarian foods such as fish which has many nutrients which are needed by our body for various activities. Also one has to take care that their food habit will not affect their body beauty and their health. Always eat prescribed food. Do not have food in outside frequently. Now days the amount of people who are wearing specs has been increased drastically than the people who are not wearing the specs. The major problem is heredity. So our next generations also have the opportunity to wear specs. But we have to avoid this. The major reason is the lack of vitamin A in our body. This leads to reduced life span of a human being. Normally obesity is described in terms of BMI (Body Mass Index). Main causes of obesity are junk food, heredity and lack of physical movements in our body. Today most of the children’s are also obese.
