How to stay young?
Every human being in this universe especially women wants them to stay young throughout their lifespan. But time doesn’t wait for anyone and we become older and older for every year. However by taking some necessary steps anyone can achieve this. The steps include regular exercise, eating lot of fruits and vegetables. Drinking of minimum 8 glasses a day will make our face appearance fresh and young. Wearing of sunscreen lotion while outing may also help us.
To avoid overweight, dieting the foods is necessary. Sleeping for eight hours for a day also cause us to look young as well as extremely refreshed. Doing facials once in a month, going for manicures and pedicures also makes us to look too young. It is also noted that women having scents with pink grapefruit in it appeared 6 years younger than their actual age. Using of lipsticks and good cosmetics is the important tip to stay young.
