Exercise- Good for health

Most of the human beings generally care about their body shapes. Both men and women care about this very much. Women’s are generally like to be slim and less weight. For this many young ladies in the name of diet they will not food and also reduce their food intake to make them slim. But they didn’t understand that affects their body indirectly. Instead of doing all this kind of things one should do exercises to maintain their shape.
Generally men like their body to be well built. They like to have broad chest, well build arms. They would like t show up their muscles to everyone. Exercise is the only thing which does all this things. It not only builds the body but it also increases the metabolism rate of the body. Due to the increase in metabolism wastes are eliminated as sweat. It reduces the many health problems indirectly. It keeps man healthy.
