HEALTHDiabetes is one of the common diseases in all countries. Diabetes is a disease which results in reduced levels of insulin in our body. The three types of diabetes are type1, type2 and gestational diabetes. The major symptoms are increased intake of food, increased intake of water and frequent urination. Gestational diabetes is more dangerous for both woman and children during pregnancy. Diabetes is the primary reason for other defects such as adult blindness. The main causes for diabetes are heredity, lack of exercise, obesity and stress in body.
In some cases, it may lead to failure of kidney, nerve problems and cardiovascular problems. It is also noted that it takes more time for a diabetic person for his wound to heal than the ordinary person. Diabetes is not completely curable but it can be controlled. This control measure includes exercise, diet. Other measures are intake of insulin tablets, oral hypoglycemic drug and better way to prevent both mother and fetus during gestation, checking glucose level regularly.

Every human being in this universe especially women wants them to stay young throughout their lifespan. But time doesn’t wait for anyone and we become older and older for every year. However by taking some necessary steps anyone can achieve this. The steps include regular exercise, eating lot of fruits and vegetables. Drinking of minimum 8 glasses a day will make our face appearance fresh and young. Wearing of sunscreen lotion while outing may also help us.
To avoid overweight, dieting the foods is necessary. Sleeping for eight hours for a day also cause us to look young as well as extremely refreshed. Doing facials once in a month, going for manicures and pedicures also makes us to look too young. It is also noted that women having scents with pink grapefruit in it appeared 6 years younger than their actual age. Using of lipsticks and good cosmetics is the important tip to stay young.

Rash is nothing but the inflammation or eruption on the skin which cause the appearance and the color of the skin to change.The best way to treat any rash is to try not to scratch it. However tempting it may be and however itchy the rash is, scratching it can cause the rash to become infected. If you do end up with an infection you may need to go to the doctors who will prescribe you antibiotics to clear it up. Generally rashes clear up on their own, though if it does persist and you start to develop a fever, it is important to contact your doctor as soon as possible.
Most of the people feel very much shyness of the rash in their skins. The rash occurs due to too much exposure of the skin to the pollution and because of the chemicals it affects the skin. As a result of this people used to continuously itch a particular part of the body. One has to stop itching or have to consult a doctor if it is continuous for a long period.

During blood donation some amount of blood is donated and as a result of this secretion of same amount occurs. As a result of this blood is very pure and it helps in avoiding major diseases like heart diseases and so on. The new blood is secreted within 24 hours of day and blood donation should be under control. Donor should make sure that they are giving blood in standard hospitals where in other places they may not use sterilized instruments. Also donor must take care that amount of blood taken is within specified levels.
