Need for Vitamins

HEALTHIn order to grow and develop normally for a person a substance namely vitamin is must. They can be grouped as fat soluble and water soluble. Each vitamin will do some specific jobs. There are totally 13 vitamins out of which some vitamins like vitamin D and vitamin K can be synthesized within our body itself. We have to intake other vitamins via food. During the metabolism the particles are divided into many small particles as nutrients. The vitamins are generally more in fruits when compared to the other foods. Deficiency of these vitamins results in diseases. Some of common known diseases are night blindness, beriberi, pellagra, rickets and scurvy. Vitamins tablets are available in markets.
But remember that too much intake of vitamins also causes some diseases such as vomiting, nausea and diarrhoea. Each vitamin is helpful in specific activities. For example vitamin A is necessary for the necessary vision. Deficiency of vitamin A causes eye defects and problems in vision. Vitamin B helps in making of more red blood cells. Vitamin C helps in building of muscles. Vitamin D helps in strengthening of bones and teeth. Vitamin E takes care of lungs and vitamin K takes care of formation of blood clotting cells.

HEALTH.jpgSweating is one of the way of excreting the body wastes that are produced during the metabolic activities through the skin. The sweat is generally salty in nature and it makes the face clear. It removes the dead cells in the body. The sweat had to be cleaned using towels or washing by water in order to continue the excretion activities smoothly. Otherwise the wastes accumulated in that region and causes rashes.
The sweat is generally secreted because of heavy work, playing and also during physical work outs in gym. Excessive secretion of the sweat leads to the dehydration in our body and causes some other effects. One has to drink water in sufficient quantity according to his needs. The water level has to be maintained constant in our body otherwise it will affect one’s health. One has to bath after workouts in order to avoid the smelling because of the secretion of sweat.

Every human being should have clean and good habits have a peaceful and healthy life to lead. Otherwise one’s life will end in a mystery. Good habit generally means having good thoughts. One should always have positive thinking and that will almost bring half success and remaining hard work does. Moreover a good thought also brings everything into one’s way. One should bath twice a day regularly. It makes the body fresh and keeps the body cool. It prevents many diseases.
One should not smoke which will affect the person and also his surroundings. It causes lung cancer. Drinking is also one of the bad habits which completely destroy the individual. When someone drinks it makes them unconscious and they really don’t know what they are doing. Camps are running mainly for the drug addicts and drinkers. In that camps they are giving some practices which makes the addicts to recover from them. A clean habit makes the man’s life happier.
