How to tackle summer season..?

During this season water content in the body evaporates in the form of sweat. As a result of dehydration many diseases occurs and also the body will also get tired very soon. One has to drink more water to cool the body. Wearing sunshine glasses avoid the effect of sun light to the eyes because the eyes are the precious thing to protect.
Sun skin cream lotions are also available to prevent the skin from the radiations. It avoids rashes, skin diseases and also many problems. Eating of fruits like cucumber, water melon and fresh vegetables also helps in cooling the body. One has to bath twice a day. It makes the body fresh. Avoid wearing black dress during day time because it absorbs lot of radiations. One has to follow some precautions to get rid of summer season.
